Question:
Why don't people buy Macs?

I find it real stupid that people still buy PC's.

Windoze sucks. You get tons of viruses every day, the AV program bothers you a lot and aren't effective, there's crashes, and BSOD's, and it's so hard to use.

Plus, the software is made from the worst company in the world - M$

Macs are way more superior than PC's, they do everything right. I'm guessing that many PC users who hate Macs are just jealous that we're so better, and Apple is the best company in the world.

If you can't afford one, too bad for you. Make some money like everyone else.

If you want to stick with your old Windoze box that has to be replaced every 3 years, go ahead.

Oh, and Vista is no better, it's just XP with a new look. Too bad it kills about every machine running it, doensn't work with anything, and is useless as an OS.

So why don't people just pick the right side, and go with Macs?

[Edit]

Actually, if you've been following the news, Google is completely against the government, fighting them on the issues of the new cell phone airwaves debate. But its usually people who have no concept of whats going on in the business world that think companies like Google will report to the government.

And Google doesn't use child labor. Sorry Steve Jobs.

I agree with Jo S. Why do you really care?

Second, I love Macs for a lot of reasons. But I don't get them because suck in a lot of areas compared to PCs. Games, for one, can't come close. I use mine for programming, which Macs are not great for either (I've programmed on both, PCs are better). And last, the entire business world uses them because most software you need in the business world was designed for PCs.

So if you just want a Mac for making movies or surfing online, sure, it's better. But it's all based on what you need.

P.S. and Apple isn't the greatest company. Google is.

Because Macs work. Unlike PC's, we don't have crashing, and errors. And no there not overpriced. You know whats overpriced? Paying $300 for an alpha of an operating system that doesn't even have a freakin E-Mail client (Windows 7, i'm guessing the 7 means seven times worse then Vista). And Apple INVENTED the computer as we know it. Look it up. Microscum ripped it off and created Winblows. Now, why don't you get back to removing all of the useless trial software that came on with your new PC while I enjoy my Mac. And by the way, THIS is one of the major reasons PC's are cheaper then Macs. PC's come with tons of NONSENSE SOFTWARE like AOL trials, Norton trials, etc. Stuff you dont want cluttering up and slowing down your computer. These companies (AOL, Norton, etc) pay the PC makers to have this crap included on their PC's and thus, the price of the PC is lowered. In exchange, you have a ton of garbage (and in some cases spyware, viruses, etc) on your computer. Apple is like HBO, doesn't have ads all over its system cause they want people to actually enjoy it, not sit their watching dumb commercials. Mac is not overpriced. Windows as a standalone OS is extremely overpriced, however. I am far from rich, but I still use Macs, because Macs are the only COMPUTERS that exist. Those little plastic rectangles with stickers all over them and garbage inside them are nothing but ugly garbage cans. I'd use an Apple // from the 1980s before I use one of them rectangles of doom.

Same reason not everyone buys the exact same model of car - it's just a personal preference. More importantly, why do you care? Buy whatever kind of computer YOU like, and who gives a flip what kind of computer other people buy?

P.S. - I'm a total Mac user by the way. I prefer them totally, but I just don't care if other people use them or not - up to them!
