Dell Inspiron 6000 Drivers?

Hello,

Where do I get the following driver from?

ethernet controller, PCI Modem and Video Controller drivers.

I dont have the CD and I could not find on the dell website.

You should find out in system configuration who is the manufacturer of those device and then download drivers from their own sites.

(ANS) The REAL answer here is that ALL the device drivers & related software for your entire DELL Inspiron 6000 can be found on the DELL website. You will need the "system tag" which you will find on the underside of your machine.



**Use the system tag from the support section of the DELL website and this will load a long list of the the relevant drivers, you should find precisely what your looking for from this listing & you can download the drivers from the site for free.



**Remember you will need administrator or power user privileges on your machine to correctly install system or device drivers under XP or Vista.

Google the name of the driver/s and the manufacturer and you should be able to get some results on the net. There are numerous sites that supply the drivers you need
