First off if you just reinstalled the OS and you are once again infected I suggest you change you take computing security a little more seriously.

Probably the easiest solution is a system restore which will revert the computer back to the last sucessful session

when u start up ur computer before your operating system boots up... press F12 or F8 on some computers and navigate through the screen that comes up until you see System Restore, or Revert To Last Known Sucessful Login or something like that

good luck

Sadly one of the only things you can do is to format your hard drive and reinstall the operating system that you are using.

So if you do this just make sure you back up your important documents first.

if you know exactly what files you want to get rid of, download hijackthis and delete them by selecting them from the list. just make sure you dont delete anything that's not malware.

the easy way out is to format and reinstall but that's not always a practical solution.

1.You should scan your PC using Trend House Call just open:

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/housecall

then click .

2.If the Proplem continues ,you should format the windows and install it again.

My friend, Download Avast first and scan. After that download Spybot search and destroy. This will get rid of them guaranteed.
