I have a program compressed in multiple files , and I want to extract it into one file.

If the compressed files were using spanning, you should simply extract the first file and the compress software (Winzip, Winrar, etc..) will automatically complete the file from the other zip files.

But if you want to COMBINE more that one file then you should use a File-Binding software.

It depends on the file type.

You need a compression program like WinZip. Or one of the many others. Just make sure it will handle whatever file type you have.



When the program extracts it will expect the next file to be there.

If the files a .rar files then they should be name something like filename.rar, filename.r01, filename.r02 etc.. If there is a file with the .rar extension then open that one and you should see the file you are trying to extract. if there is no .rar then use the lowest numbered file (usually .r01). hope this helps you
