Is Microsoft Visual Studio Same as Microsoft Visual Basic Software ?

Hey guys, I needed your help.. I am pretty much confused. i wanted to download a tutorials for microsoft visual basics. I wanted to know if both microsoft visual basics & microsoft visual studio are same ?

Visual Basic is a subset of Visual Studio. Visual Studio includes Visual Basic and also includes support for other languages like C#, C++, also other via extensions such as JavaScript and Python.
