What are the best freeware DvD Converters?

Im looking for new DVD Converters but I dont know of any good freeware ones. If anyone knows some good ones that you use or that work well for you, please let me know. Preferably ones that dont take 12 hours to convert a 2 hour movie. Thank you for your time ^.^
