Instead of the little film icon that is there automatically? I have a ton of videos and it's impossible to find the video I want because I have to open and play every video to find the one i want. Is there a way to make it so the icon is a video thumbnail instead of the little icon?

HI..

Click the view tab.. or Tools > Folder options >View> Uncheck "Always show icons never thumbnails >Apply.

Not every file will show thumbnails..

Why not have the video titles (text) displayed , would save all that searching. ....

The menu bar has several display options to select , If you have not got the "Menu bar" displayed in your videos location then press Alt for it to appear ..

There's an app called "Cascading Slides" that makes viewing large collections of pics and videos a breeze, and YOU CAN ASSIGN YOUR OWN SCREENSHOTS AS VIDEO THUMBNAILS.
