Under SAVE AS....I do not have the JPEG option.

JPEG is a image extention, and can also be JPG.
YOu can't make a woed document a picture file!

You may be able to do it through pdfonline.com. I was just looking at their website and I know that you can change a PDF doc. from PDF to Word. There were several other options, I just didn't have the time to look at them...but I would definitely check there.

if you are using the latest version of ADOBE you would be able to use the tool "snapshot tool". Simply select the area you want and it will automatically hold the image virtually and just do a paste into your word.

Save it as a .tiff and then load it into a paint program like Adobe Photoshop.

u cant do that in word. try adobe acrobat or photoshop
