why won't audacity download?

Question

i tried to download it from here http://www.download.com/Audacity/3000-2170_4-10058117.html?cdlPid=10606824
and my pop up blocker would come up and then a website came up and said thanks for downloading audacity
only problem was i didn't downloaded nor could i find it anywhere on my computer

i also tried it with out the pop up blocker but got the same results

i think it wont help you that much so you should take up a proxy address and then try to download it again

your pc might be not giving access to 3rd party
