I use PDF reDirect - see http://download.cnet.com/PDF-ReDirect/3000-10743_4-10255233.html
When installed it appears as a printer and will convert anything to PDF

If you really want to use an online converter you can try this one:
http://www.freepdfconvert.com/
Or this one
http://www.doc2pdf.net/
Or you can Just download a portable converter, there's a lot on 4shared.com here's one of them:

OpenOffice (http://www.OpenOffice.org ) will open the document and allow you to export it to PDF.
You could open the doc in Word and copy the contents and then using a fre PDF creator such as FoxIT, you cn create the PDF by pasting the contents

????? Why do you want to convert it - why not just use "Save as PDF" .
Open your document in Word, select "save as", scroll down to PDF, select and then Save.
