Why does desktop windows manager session manager stop working each time i format with windows 7?

Question

Why does desktop windows manager session manager stop working each time i format with windows 7?
due to this aero temes do not work
on task bar i can not see preview of open and drives and folders
a few days ago it was ok
this problem is for 3 days though i have googled and found the solution by typing services.msc
and then find windows manager session manager and enable that
but it is very disturbing i want my system to be cured permanently like before, how can i do that ?
graphics card is ATI radeon HD 5770, driver 11-1_vista64_win7_64_dd_ccc_ocl,download… from AMD WEBSITE
OS windows 7 64 bit
PROCESSOR intel core 2 quad
4 gb RAM

There may be no variety of factors but primarily most OS or program issues always broadly come under one of these categories.



1) Registry problem

2 A HDD problem

3) Program bug

4) Virus



You may have to take a careful look at your windows log which is under start menu>admintools>etc watch out for the error and try finding it yourself
