I want to download the apple application imove to my windows vista computer, is that possible? Or are there any other video editing systems I can download? help!

Legally no because of Apples terms and condition of using apple software on apple hardware.
However people have gotten things to work with emulators, I personally never tried with Mac products though.

Are you sure you mean "download"? Because I don't believe you can legally download iMovie onto a computer. However, if you mean "install", then no. iMovie only works on Apple computers.
