Open in New Window and automatically Maximize - won't work?

Question

I have IE set (by its properties) to open in maximized window. And it does when I open IE directly. However, when I use my right mouse to click "Open in New Window" on a link, it opens in a small window. I suspect this is some javascript setting, but I can't find it....and I could be wrong. Anyone know how to fix? Again, its just when I use the "Open in New Window" option on a link that is in an already open web page...

My computer has always done that. I'm not sure there is a way to get around it. If there is then i would find it useful to know. (Firefox doesn't do that so if there is no fix just use Firefox instead)

I don't know because i don't use IE but how about you get Mozilla Firefox? Easier and Faster!
