My Microsoft Office Word Office has stopped working, can you please help me?

Whenever I press the pull-down arrow bullets/numbers button in my Microsoft Office Word 2007, this comes up:

Whenever I right click and try to go to bullets or numbers tab, my Microsoft Word stops working. What must I do? Please help me, I need to finish my project so badly. . . . .

Run the MS Office installer and do a Repair. The installer is usually in your computer. It can be accessed through the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > MS Office.

I think you need to really uninstall the Mircrosoft word program and re-install it.



like the above said, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > MS Office.



Once you installed already and the problem still occur again, borrow the microsoft word from your friend and try installing it, if it work you need to buy a new ms word if not, you may need to format and re-install your OS.
