about my nero software?

deleted nero from my puter but when i tried to reinstall a message came up
saying ' shellmanager database corrupt or missing' and stopping the
installation . Is it possible to replace this shellmanager database.

When you deleted nero, did you do it through the add/remove programs list in the control panel? Or just delete it?



You can also use the program's own uninstall program.

do a registry search.. start / run / regedit do a find for nero and delete it all.. then reinstall..

i think u don't properly uninstall your NERO.....



use registry cleaner soft.....

or go manually.....

run\regedit\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ahead

delete full "ahead" file....



i prefer u do the 1st option...
