Why does Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Service of Windows NT stops of its own when i connect to Internet?

I have Windows NT Server 4.0 Terminal Edition. When i connect to internet the RPC service stops thus resulting in disbale of copy paste function and also in Internet Explorer hyperlinks does not work. But when manually RPC service is started everything works fine but only for some time and after some time again it stops. Can any one help to give the solution.

You have blaster worm





1---

Control Panel--->Administrative Tools Option---> open services---> look for remote proceedure cell---> right click on it --- choose properties--->from number of tabs, choose recovery---> you will now see 3 drop down boxes with restart selected ---> change all to Take no action---> OK --- Restart computer

press Ctrl+ Alt+Delete

Click Task Manager

Click Processes

Look for process named MSblast.exe

select

Click End process

activate the windows firewall and u wnt see this error message
