How do you reinstall windows internet explorer 7?

Well my internet explorer 7 is going so SLOW. I want to reinstall it and see if it works. How do i reinstall it ? and plus i really need this explorer because there are sites that only work with internet explorer.HELP PLEASE.!

It depends on what Operating system you have. If you have Windows XP, then go to Start/Control Panel/Add Remove Programs and click on the Remove for the Internet Explorer 7 program. After it is uninstalled, reboot your system and it will automatically revert to IE 6 - then you can go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx and download IE7 again - once it is reinstalled, be sure and go to http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us and update your computer again to the latest security updates.



If you have Vista or can't otherwise uninstall IE7, then go to Start/Control Panel/ Internet Options and click on the Advanced Tab and then click on the RESET button near the bottom of the Internet Properties window and it will reset all your IE7 settings to original defaults.

first you have to unintal it then download it again. it might be running slow because you haven't deleted the temporaty files, cookies or history in a while.
