Maybe so, maybe not. How much room do you have left on your hard drive? That could very well be a factor in this. Maybe you simply need an external hard drive to download your photos/videos to?

Did this camera come with software? If so, have you installed it? I found a website that mentions "iPhoto". ( http://www.infoworld.com/d/hardware/sanyo-xacti-vpc-cg10-262 from this search http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hs=OIV&q=Sanyo+Xacti+CG10+software+Operating+System+Requirements&aq=f&oq=&aqi= )

To get better answers I think you really do need to take the advice on this site:

Somehow, I don't think I've helped all that much, but I tried! Good Luck!

Look at www.crucial.com. They will safely scan your PC and tell you what you've got and recommend upgrades. Then buy from a cheaper source such as Novatech.

no you need to upgrade your RAM to at least 1gb , but the more the merrier

edit if you dont know what RAM is compatible goto crucial.com they have a scanner and it will tell you what RAM and how much your system is capable of holding .....just enter your make and model
