best software to erace temporary & unuseful files from windows?

Question

pls tell me a good software that can erace all the un-necessary files , temporary ,ext files from my pc.
software that helps to increase pc speed by removing all the un-necessary files.
i know ccleanr, but it does not remove from all placess, like prefetch, %temp%, & there might b other locations in pc where unnecessary files r residint but i dont know,

pls name some so i can get them

Current versions of CCleaner can be set up to clean Prefetch. %temp% is cleaned by CCleaner. Cleaning out some locations may not be the default setting of CCleaner, but you can check off additional places to clean if you want. And you can set up Secure Erase to overwrite all traces of what is cleaned. Anything more powerful could kill Windows by over-cleaning.

Try ATF Cleaner. It is excellent and free. It also doesn't touch the registry where other products may flag important registry entries that are shared across applications for deletion.

it is not very important to install any erasing soft ware . you can erase your selection from "c:\ " properties otherwise if you want to install only erase software then you can search in "google"(web site)
