File Download problem?

I'm using Wndows XP 2001 with service pack 2,Mozilla fire fox,direct X 9,
ADSL internet connection with dynamic IP (Change my IP every time I restart machine)

My problem is I can not complete full file download from torrent sites.When I try to down load
a file Mozilla download a small file (Most of time file around 19.4 kb) that all
download then shows completed.How can I fix it.I try download after uninstall my
virus guard,put the internet security low,use internet Explorer but nothing work.

2001?... are you even putting the torrent into the engine? download utorrent and click on it and open it with utorrent...

im confused your downloding off a torrent site using fire fox? it may just be that the uploader doesn't have the full 100% of the file. This happens quite often. You might try using a program like Utorrent to download your torrents. It will also show you who you are connected to and how much % wise he has to upload to you. Remember you can only download as much as he has to upload. if everyone has 99% of file you have to wait till someone with 100% logs on.



Additionally if you had a problem with your virus or firewall setting you most likely wouldn't download at all. Most antiviruses only work to trigger code commands given out by viruses, so your download would have to normally complete before it becomes active.

try deleting previous downloads out of the downloads window...
