help with burning downloaded bbc iPlayer videos onto CD!?

first, thanks for reading my question=]

second IS the question.
I've downloaded a Top Gear episode from BBC iPlayer. I want to burn it onto a blank CD using Nero startSmart software.
Does anyone have the time to guide me through the steps of how you do it? - ( or know another way to do it?)
I'm a begginner, so be simple!! x]

Are you sure that you actually downloaded it and not just watched it? Anything that you watch on BBC iPlayer (or 4onDemand) is protected and cannot be downloaded. There is something built into the software that prevents people from downloading from these sites (after all, all the material is copyrighted by either the BBC or Channel 4).

I'm pretty certain you can't do that (legally) as bbc iplayer downloads are drm-protected :-(
