Every time I try to launch Norton Utilities it tries to install Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2003. I'm not to sure why but I let it try and but it fails. It says Installation Error: File not Found...A required installation file SKU151.CAB could not be found...Original Installation Source Required... I don't think I have very had this and if I did I have no clue where it could have gone.

In my opinion Norton is rubbish. It takes up too much space and doesn't work as well as some of the free AVs. I suggest that you download "Revo" unisntaller and get rid of Norton. Revo also scans your PC for any residue left behind as Norton usually does and gets rid of it

The other chap is correct. Get rid on Norton. It's nothing but crap. It was pre installed on my new Computer when I got it and it gave me no end of trouble. Sucks the guts out of your Computer. Throw it away. Eric.
