Windows 7: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Help!?

Everytime I try to run this game, I get this "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly" error. It was working like a week ago but somehow I did something to my computer which caused it to give me this error now whenever I play this game. Here are my event viewer information:

When did this start happening? Was it from the first time you installed the program? If so, it might be a bad install. Delete it and re-install it. Did it start after doing an upgrade or patch? Then it is a bad or corrupt file. It could just be a bug in the program. Are you running a 32 or 64 bit version of Windows? Here again could be the problem. Your best bet is to call their tech support line. //#

When you say... "but somehow I did something to my computer" do you have any idea what?



You could try a system restore to a point from before this happened, otherwise I think you may have deleted something the program needs (such as directX or C++ distributables etc.)



You could try a re-install of the program, it may detect if something is missing. Try and find your save games first, they should be in a sub folder of C:\Nexon\MapleStory.

It really looks like a bad install or update. you should re-install Maplestory.
