is it a picture u have pasted on paper which is saved as a rtf file??? if so clik on the pic/photo and copy/cut it. open up a image software (ie: paint, microsoft photo editor etc..)... get a new page and paste. then save it as a jpg.

.rtf is a text file. You would need to turn your text into an image by printing it out and then scanning it or taking a picture of it.

open rtf file with Microsoft Word, export as pdf, open the pdf file with Adobe Photoshop and save it as jpeg. easy! ;)
