That processor isn't really all that good. It has potential but overall isn't up to par with the performance of newer similarly priced cpu's. You would get better performance out of these:

Intel i3-3220

Asus P8B75

They are usually combo'd together for like $180, always under $200, Also you don't really need a cpu cooler that is something you can invest in later if you feel you need to overclock, although the i3's are not supposed to over clock. 4GB of ram is enough for gaming so you could save another $30 there.

The 660ti is a wicked card and can handle any game with max settings, but I would have to suggest the HD 7950 over this card. Reason being is they perform fairly close out of the box but the 7950 quite an advantage in over clocking which makes them perform better for the most part. You also get Crysis 3, Bioshock Infinite, and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Free when you purchase from an applicable retailer.

This is the cheapest one I have seen so far. $280 is a wicked deal you should grab it before it goes up like the rest. And also get the 3 games free which is an amazing deal.

I'm not a specialist or anything I could judge if it's any good, the build isnt bad. It's fairly good but I would tweak:

-the processor to at least i5 2500k because

-The motherboard but I'm not sure what motherboard becaues I ain't a specialt ar anything like that so you should stick with Andrews recommendation.
