Installation instructions for Linux here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/productinfo/instructions/#section-3

EDIT: If you're using the tar file:

1. Click the download link to begin installation. A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the file.

2. Save the .tar.gz file to your desktop and wait for the file to download completely.

3. Unpackage the file. A directory called install_flash_player_10_linux will be created. (command in konsole: tar -xvzf filename Alternately you can do it graphically by right clicking on the file)

4. In terminal, navigate to this directory and type ./flashplayer-installer to run the installer. Click Enter. The installer will instruct you to shut down your browser(s). (you can just copy and then right click in konsole to paste that command)

5. Once the installation is complete, the plug-in will be installed in your Mozilla browser. To verify, launch Mozilla and choose Help > About Plug-ins from the browser menu. (easy peasy?)

Many versions of Linux use a package manager program like Snyaptic. This is where you do the search for Flash player and if it is there it will install it for you.

Linux is a secure OS so you may need to login in as root (or sudo root) to accomplish certain tasks.

You shouldn't need to install flash player as it should already be installed.

If it isn't installed then use a package manager like Synaptic to download and install new packages.

So..

I found a free download of Winrar here http://j.mp/1p3PmSf

The best choice to open (extract) zipped files is definitly WinRar. It's able to decompress a lot of different files as zip,rar,iso,7z,jar and much more.
