Check if your current layer's opacity is to 100%

Also check if the blend mode is to normal.

In the layers panel, select the layer containing the image you want to overlay (top layer). Right click it, and select 'Blending Options'. From there, on the first Blending Options screen, slide the opacity slider back until the image is transparent enough for your purposes.

this is going to be a splash complicated which you would be able to comprehend in case you on no account did this before, yet have faith me as quickly as I permit you recognize that it is the perfect thank you to do it.... "overlaying". on the backside of the layers panel there's a button to "upload a mask layer", click it. It immediately provides and prompts the mask layer for you. Now you purely ought to color (utilising the comb gadget) with black to "erase" the viewing component of the television. in spite of the undeniable fact that, thus i'd use a medium to dark gray as a replace of black to grant it a semi-sparkling seem so it seems extra sensible as that is going to save a number of the glare and mirrored image of the unique exhibit screen.
