I wish I knew the answer to this question myself. The same thing happens to me. I download it, the movie starts and says it is successful. However it is not. I was able to get a older version of flash to install once from http://www.oldversion.com/. I am still working on what cleaning program I use is deleting it, or so it seems something is deleting it.

EDIT: I was able to successfully install flash player. I used the uninstaller available on their website at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157

You should then be able to install flash 9

Use Adobe's own uninstaller programme ... from the first url below. Reboot your computer and then install the latest version of Flash Player.

Be sure you really downloaded from the Adobe (and not from sites that imitate Adobe)

You may try downloading again, (copy and paste this into the browser):

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW

Check that your system ActiveX ready:

Click Start, Run

In the dialog box type dxdiag.exe

Be sure there are successes in the DirectX program you run.

The player should boost.

The answer is quite simple,

dont try to download it, just try to get it by Active X component....

Use Internet Explorer to open a site, which contains the Flash work....

suppose, open website made by me,

http://www.naynaonline.com

click on enter,

then,

you will see, that, Internet Explorer, will give you a alert,

right, at the bottom of the address bar, saying,

"internet explorer has blocked the content for download"

just, click on this yellow strip, and choose alow,

and it will take three to four minutes, and the page will refresh automatically, and then u will able to see, the flash sites as well....

Hope, this will help you......

you will have to uninstall any flash player you have from the add/remove programs in the control panel, then reboot your pc and go to adobe.com and download it again
