Sudden super slow Windows 7 boot?

I was playing world of Warcraft on m compaq cq62 laptop when all of a sudden it froze while carrying it over to my kitchen table.

I had to power off the computer manually, for nothing was working.

Upon restarting the computer, I was able to select start windows normally fine, with no input lag. After that, thought, the windows 7 animation goes suuuuppperrr slow, almost appearing frozen.

I restarted it again and chose startup fix, but it's still going really slow, just with the green loading bar instead of the windows 7 animation.

What happened???
