Is there a way to transfer download URL's to a torrent file?

I keep trying to download this file but every time I try it either pauses and stops or it will say interrupted, and i have to download it again, which I do but it just keeps stopping and i can only download the file so many times till they block me from the server for a day. Help anyone? btw im using Google Chrome 15. And Firefox dosent work. (and dont say use IE i cant even start it)

Better to use a download manager. It can pause and resume a download just like a bittorrent client does on a torrent.

If your computer and/or internet connection can not even handle downloading one single WMA file (which mind You, is the lowest of the low in terms of quality), nothing will help You. You could try a download manager like one of the other answerers said, I prefer Orbit. It's free and will also download embedded videos for Yo. (YouTube, Dailymotion, etc.)

utorrent will open the torrent url and download the file from the url
