Excel has limits on character display

Excel can display only the first 1,024 characters in each cell. 32,767 will show in the formula bar. It might have changed with Excel 2007/2010. And when printing it out, the first 1,024 will display. It does not matter how big you make the cell.

A workaround is to dump the table into Word. If all the cells fit.

Your next question, how can I fix it? Is there an add-on? Nope.

Something similar happened to me once. What worked for me was to right click and select format cell. Then check whats your cell currents format maybe is on number and it should be in text. What happened to me is that I wrote words that excel recognized as something else so I just had to change the format to number instead of text. Also in alignment click wrap text. Hope it works for you!
