How to disable 3D vision on Nvidia control panel?

When i start tropico 4 it crashes on load up and when of the game mods advises turning 3D vision on the Nvidia control panel, but i don't know how on the panel. So im after how to turn it off but im going to need a good step by step explanation so i dont get lost im not that good with the nvidia control panel.

start button / all programs / nvidia corporation / 3d vision / disable 3d vision



you can do it from the nvidia control panel by going down to



Stereocsopic 3d

- set up stereoscopic 3d



then unchecking the 'enable stereoscopic 3d' box



so go back to what i sadi the first time and disable 3d vision from the start menu. If you don't have that option them you don't have 3d vision installed.

In Win 8 with an Nvidia card, press CTRL T to enable/disable 3d.

I had (unfortunately) 3d vision installed. it was (by accident?) switched on.

I didn't have the option in the nvidia control panel as advised by dr redthumb and ryan

I didn't have the disable option in my start menu either.



I have Windows 8 with stardock's Start8, maybe that is the issue of the missing menu item.



it was installed when I check programs and features.



workarounds:

option 1) ctrl-t toggles it on and off. this info is buried deep in the nvidia control panel help file.



option 2) uninstall 3d vision drivers: control panel-->program and features--|> uninstall everything which starts with nvidia 3d vision (controller driver and driver)
