I have a bunch of videos of my cell and they all are .3g2 files and would like to convert them to .AVI format. I am trying to make a video for a friend of mine and would also like to know how to make them better quality as well. Thank you in advanced.

The low quality of mobile phone videos is down to the low frame rate which means fast moving things are blurred and unfortunately this cannot be changed. Also due to the 3gp compression the images are of low quality too which means they aren't very clear.
