My desktop Pc is creating sortcut of the files.which are in an external device ( Pendrive, memory card, etc.).?

When I connect any external flash data storage device ( Pendrive, Memory card, SD card, etc).

Please help me guiz.

Dude, this is a classic case of virus infected desktop. Everything you connect after this to your USB is also getting infected. Download Norton antivirus trial version from web. It works 30 days free, scan your whole computer with it and your problem will for sure will be solved. Running a full system scan overnight is very very important, don't just scan specific drives.

Dude, I also went through the same problem,guess it's just easy to solve it!!!!

Just download Microsoft Security Essentials & it wil remove the virus which is causing it. You can download it from microsoft.com.

You can also try downloading Mawarebytes Anti-Malware if the above doesn't help.

microsoft security essentials is the best. If you get infected with unkown search provider or tool bar, remove it with "adware removal tool". Its free.If your external drive seems affected do not insert it again before installing "usb disk security" .
