copy the area you want in excel

then in Word go to:

edit / paste special

- then from the menu select

'Excel worksheet object'

It should be a simple matter of copy and paste. Of course you will get values only, not any formulae unless you do it as a pste special and link then when you update Excel it will automatically update as well in Word.

It will come in as a table but you might find you need to adjust column widths. It is exactly the same in whatever version of Office you are using.

that is between the important reward of pcs and integrated place of work suites. upon getting positioned some thing on a pc in regardless of application it truly is a danger in case you decide on to move it to a special application, never to might want to initiate from scratch yet basically replica and paste or import/export. besides the indisputable fact that, i do not see why you want to positioned this in note, all you want do is spotlight the files you decide on to print, as a lot as record, Print, determination and it is going to print in straightforward words what you've chosen. you are able to also bypass into web page set up and positioned your grid lines in in case you have not already positioned borders, make all of it larger to in wonderful condition web page, or shrink even if it truly is giant and also centre both horizontally and vertically. basically study the tabs accessible contained in the web page set up window, web page margins, header/footer and sheet.
