Hi,
I'm trying to create a database with one table and field names:

Customer ID
Name Of Company
Work Address
Local Address
City
Contact Person
Contact Designation

Customer ID I wanted to be unique, so I made it primary key.
In the field, Contact Person, there could be many people, so is it possible to enter many contact persons in the same company? if yes, then how? I then want to link Contact Person and Contact Designation i.e. when I choose to see one out of many Contact Persons, I should see the respective Contact Designation.
I tried making another table with fields Contact Person and Contact Designation and try to link the cells somehow but it didn't work

You were on the right track with the seperate table. You just need to add Customer ID to "link" the two tables. (Really called a Foreign Key)

this is the final concept (assuming which you're making use of a variety to circulate into the counsel): a million) Create an replace question which writes the city and state to their respective fields, based on the ZIP code (tournament the entered ZIP to the only on your ZIP code records) AND the place the checklist identity (or different unique field) is the only which you're presently on. 2) Create a macro or technique that runs the replace question. 3) Assign the macro (or technique) to the "After replace" adventure assets of the ZIP code field on the variety. that's going to in all likelihood take some experimentation to get each and every thing working proper, in spite of the undeniable fact that it might paintings.
