How can I copy a Distribution list from Outlook to Excel

File > Import/Export > Export to a File > Next > CSV file



This will work for your contacts but there should be a way to point it at a distribution list. I'm not sure who you work for but if you use active directory you can export the members of the Distribution group.

you could set up a distribution record in contacts, via going below strikes, then New Distribution record. once you deliver the digital mail, placed the record interior the "BCC" line rather than "to" or "cc". this way they're Blind copied and may be able to not see others on the record. the digital mail won't deliver with out somebody interior the "to" section, so only placed your guy or woman tackle there.
