How can I change Excel language?

I need to change Excel program language (not the font, but the menu) from English to Russian. Any ideas hot to do it?

You did not state which version of MS-Excel you are using, so I will assume it to be 2003 or earlier (though the same basic information is valid for 2007).



Besides looking into the Microsoft Language Pack , you may also need to follow these steps:
