Firefox 3 refresh tabs?

Question

Using FireFox 3, I often have lots of tabs open. when I get round to clicking the tab it often automaticly refreshes. This is becoming REALY annyoing, esspechaly when I just want a video to buffer. Some times when experiencing low download speed it takes a while the reload the page. How can I stop this realy annoying thing about firefox?

I'm thinking that you have cache turned off causes the page not to load into the RAM.

Try turning it on in the Advance tab in Options.

don't use firefox it got lots of trouble try using the internet explorer. it's the best

dont use firefox.. Get opera web browser., its significantly faster....
