Need help installing Solidworks torrent!?

Alright i want to use Solidworks for doing easy layout for my projects i want build but the whole installation of this torrent is really confusing and the instructions left by one of the users in the comments is not making sense. Step by step instructions would be greatly appreciated!!

For some reason my account was removed (dino68) and I tried everything over the last few days to get in without luck so here I am again.

I managed to install the 32 bit version on my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 machine. Just follow my instructions and it should work for you as well.

1. Mount the image

2. Go to the installer mentioned in the Leer file (not the default installer)

3.Right click on the sldim.exe and go to properties. Click on the compatibility tab and say run in compatibility mode for windows XP SP3. Click the checkbox to run as administrator. Click the button to change settings for all users and do the same there (not again run as admin). Click OK.

4.Run the sldim.exe and remember to turn off your internet connection

5. when solidworks has finished installing, copy the cracks as mentioned in the Leer file.

6.Right click on the shortcut to Solidworks on your desktop and again say run in compatibility mode for XP SP3. No need to run as admin.

Now you can turn on your internet connection again if you want.

There you go. It worked like a charm for me. Hope this can help someone else.

It makes perfect sense to me. It's already got step-by-step instructions. Exactly what part can't you figure out?



EDIT: Glad to hear you figured out how to mount the image. Step 2 refers to the "crack" folder, where the patched / cracked files are. Leer is the name of the folder. So after mounting and opening the image, go to the Leer folder and follow the steps from there. Unfortunately I don't have Skype (nor do I care to use it because it's such a crazy resource hog), but I do have Yahoo!
