two serious things can happen if someone gets in to a traffic incident and when getting caught by police then they can say I haven't got the license with me but I will give you the details and they can give yours, the police checks for data but they will not have photo in there handheld computer its easy to get a fake license so someone can get exact same kind of fake driving license with your details and their picture on it and use it seriously don't show off for these things you can just drive a car and tell someone to take a video of it and post it on facebook but don't put upload your license because its like a passport. you can travel from london to edinburgh by flight with a driving license its an ID so don't upload it, it will be a stupid idea

Who in their right mind would ask you to send your driver's license? If you have a MC/Visa DEBIT card, it should already be associated with the Checking or Savings Account you already have with a Financial Institution. You use your debit card instead of writing checks and the money is drawn from your account. The Bank already knows who you are. They contact the Issuing Card Agency to make the card for you. There is nothing else to submit.
This sounds like a scam to stal your identity. I would talk to someone at the Bank that you have your accounts with to get this straightened out.
Also, when all is said and done, be careful not to overdraw what you don't have covered in your account. Some Institutions charge some really outrageous fees.

If you need to scan only your driver's license and you haven't scanner, just go to photocopy office and they would make it very professional and very cheap! Just ask them not to put it on a paper but in a file and then on your USB flash drive. At home open file from flash drive and send it to Master Card.

You can photocopy your drivers license and fax it. Or scan it and then e-mail it. If you have a digital camera that is good at taking clear close up pictures, take a picture of it and e-mail that. I used to do this with business cards and receipts and it worked out pretty well.
