there's 11 files ~
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.INFO
VIDEO_TS
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO

The above are small files in KB/s

VTS_01_0...................[63MB..VOB]
VTS_01_1...................[0.99GB..VOB]
VTS_01_2...................[0.99GB..VOB]
VTS_01_3...................[0.99GB..VOB]
VTS_01_4...................[0.99GB..VOB]
VTS_01_5...................284MB....VOB]

Is this a cloned DVD or something
All the vob files are the same full length movie, I converted one vob file (0.99GB) to PAL with any video converter but the movie only plays about the first 15 mins or so, but if i play the same vob file using windows media player it plays the full length movie but a lot lot shorter if i convert the vob to pal

The Video_TS folder contains all the files needed to create a dvd - you just need software to burn these files to dvd. You can do that for free with burnaware free edition

http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/burnaware-free/burnawarefree.html

during installation, you will be prompted to install the ask toolbar - just remove the ticks from all three boxes before proceeding - see here

http://www.upload3r.com/serve/310709/1249029726.png

launch burnaware - select DVD from the menu on the left, then click on DVD-Video - on the next screen click the ADD Video_TS button and browse to the location of the folder.

If the Video_TS folder is too large for the dvd you will need to shrink it with DVDshrink or Shrinkto5 basic - both free from filehippo.com.

First, let me make clear that i use version 6, (Nero Burning ROM (not StartSmart) Select DVD-Video from the list. Then just make sure the settings are the same as shown here. Then click on the Label tab. Here just put the label that you want your DVD to have. (It's the name that you see before your drive's letter every time you go to My Computer). After that click New. At the left of your screen you see the folders of the DVD we are going to burn. Notice the VIDEO_TS folder is red. Double click to open the VIDEO_TS folder. At the right of your screen you can see your hard drive. Browse to the folder where you have your DVD files (the files that DVD Shrink created). Select all the files. Now drag and drop ALL the files you selected at the step before into the VIDEO_TS folder we opened before at your left. Put ALL the files DVD Shrink or other program created into the VIDEO_TS folder. The AUDIO_TS folder remains empty. This is how Nero should look after all this. Note that the bat at the bottom should be all blue, or with just a little yellow where it finishes. Now click the burn icon that I show with the arrow. Here select just Write. Put the write speed for your media (for slower media like here, Nero reduces the speed from 4x to 2x, nothing to worry about) and finally click Burn! Wait for it to finish and you will have a very nice DVD-Video. Hope this helps.
