What is the best AVI to WMV Converter?

Well, if you know what Fraps is,(it's a fps recording system for your computer) well it doesnt save as wmv, it saves as avi. But the avi is like a
fps avi, so some converters don't convert it properly. I want the wmv to work on my windows movie maker(wmm) but I used
like 3 converters. I used one, it converted it fast, but it didn't work, I used the slow one, but it worked, but it's
super slow, and the third one didnt even load the avi. So if anyone knows one that will convert it fast and it will work
properly. And just to tell you, I wanted to record like about 50-100 clips, but each are about 1-10 seconds. So if
there's like a fast one, and it will work on windows movie maker(wmm) please tell me, and thanks.

Here's a method that doesn't involve any downloading. open up windows movie maker, then export movie. It should export it as WMv.
