Last night I put my laptop on sleep before I went to bed. When I woke up, it was still on, but all programs had closed. I keep trying to restart Firefox, but every time it just gives me the crash report window again. What can I do about this?

Since all programs have been closed I guess there was a bigger problem that caused them to close.

Try to reboot first and then reinstall Firefox. If you still have problems then there is a "deeper" problem.

In that case I would have a look at the event logger and try to find out what the problem is. You can get more information about the even logger in the link.

cheers.

anytime I have an issue like this, I retype the error message exactly the way it is into yahoo and find all sorts of articles that talk about it. more often than not I find a solution to my problem, so I would suggest you do that first. if that doesn't help, I would suggest to reinstall your Firefox. If your whole system is not working very well then you might need to reinstall your operating system.
