it like locked me out of my entire computer and won't let me access anything untill I activate my spyware doctor.. ... It tells me to type in some activation code or license thingy and I DO NOT WANT TO PAY money for somthing like this!!!! I have no idea how it even got on here in the first place...
I just want the code and then I am going to delete it..

But you didn't do so.
And don't use any lame excuses for it!
And if it is only about the "locked me up", then just restart in safe mode as administration, stop any running processes of the software by using task manager and uninstall it!
