It's coming out tomorrow [September 18]
how to download it:
• click on settings on your device
• click general
• click 'Software Update'
• And update it to iOS 7, your device will give you a detailed description on what it is and what it will be like!

Why would you want to download it before the release date? The chances are you will break your phone by upgrading to a non official iOS. It is better to wait 2 days for it to be officially released then you don't have to worry about breaking your phone. Just a simple update on iTunes and it is done. Just wait 2 days!

There was a way to download it before it was released but why would you be interested in doing that now? Just wait for another 24 hours. I think it will be released either at midnight or at 10 AM Cupertino time.

It will be available on Wednesday around 6 in the evening in the UK. The release date is when it is available for download.
