i need to make some normal music tracks into a dubstep remix, any free downloadable programmes for this?

Ok, so Im into dubstep and whilst listening to alot of the stuff, I have found myself comming accross some tracks i think would be an intresting mix, all i need is the software to be able to make the tunes into dubstep, with my own input, if that makes sence.

Is there anything out there thats free that i can download and start making these tracks?

It has great mixing functions, such as variable pitch range, realtime BPM counter, cue points, 3-band equalizer, manual talkover, monitoring over headphones, multi-soundcard support, automix function and others.
