which is the best software for DVD movie copying ?

i wanna make copied of my dvd movies but the originals are on 8.5 GB DVDs but i am unable to get those...instead i wanna use 4.7 GB DVDs...so which one is the best splitter ????

first ripem using dvd shrink software then burn using nero 7 thts wht i do.

There are many softwares for this. I use Nero 7 Ultra Edition for copying and Super DVD Ripper for ripping and splitting.
