Hi,
I've set up port forwarding on my laptop for utorrent, I followed the guides on www.portforward.com, I did everything as I was meant to.
I have no antivirus programs running at all nor do I have any firewalls on.
I get a green tick in the bottom right of my Utorrent window, but when I do the port forward test, it tells me port forwarding is not set up.
Help?

when you have utorrent running click the options preferences

then go to the connection tab and see if the port you want to use is there in the box if so make sure the you DON'T have the box checked for radomize ports

then if you know you set it up as told on portforword.com

then your good also when you check the port make sure your not downloading or uploading anything

just stop the files while you do the check

If you are getting a green tick at the bottom of uTorrent it is getting a clear network connection.

If you are testing through uTorrent, then if you have PeerGuardian (or use a blocklist) you will show fail as the blocklist includes any uTorrent sites.

You could try the port test here and see what you get

try to check and disable Windows Firewall, good luck.
