I have a network program called Network Magic, and it has been working for a while, and then all of a sudden, the application is unable to start up. I open it up and there is a button saying to restart it. I click that and this is what comes up: "Reporting Details- This error report includes: information regarding the condition of Pure Networks Platform Service when the problem occurred, the operating system version and computer hardware in use, and the IP address of your computer." Does anyone have any idea on how to start this program up again and get me connected back to the internet? (I'm on another computer, my laptop doesn't work because of the program shutting off) Any help?

some options for your...

a. click start, click run, type services.msc. look for a service that looks to be a part of network magic. doublt-click it. stop the service, then start it again and make sure that it is set to automatic. Try the program again.

b. check to see if it can repair itself. Go to add/remove programs. Click on remove network magic and if it has a repair or reinstall option, run it.

c. reinstall it

d. contact the program vendor for support

e. check the event viewer... start > run > eventvwr.msc > ok > software etc.

f. do a system restore to a point when it worked correctly.

There is a lot of errors are there in computer related concepts. It's too difficult to find all of the errors in the same site. But you can collect it thru searching with different type of categories. You have to work more to collect the database. Even after also your database will not be the complete one. Good luck

Un-install and reinstall it again.
